Though often family is a main source of support, it can also be a stressful experience for some.

Here at Amie, we have you covered with our easy stress management techniques to ensure your Family Day is the best of times.




  • Proper sleep. You read correct. A restful night’s sleep is key to renewing your energy levels and decreasing stress. Try a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow to encourage a restful night’s sleep.


  • Learn to say no. Many times we stress ourselves out by saying yes to too many activities we don’t really want to do. Learn to say no to others and learn to say yes to yourself.


  • Negative self talk. Do not beat yourself up. Talk to yourself as kindly as you do your pet or best friend.
